Risa is a tropical planet and has an abundance of pristine beaches. (ENT: Fallen Hero) Suraya Bay is located on Risa. At Suraya Bay, villas are built into cliffs on the beach. (ENT: Desert Crossing) A boat sails into the Suraya Bay just after sunset. You wade out, and they serve seafood right off the deck. The Festival of the Moons is celebrated on the planet Risa. You can go rock climbing at Galartha on Risa. The cliff face changes pitch as you climb it, including the handholds. (ENT: Two Days and Two Nights)
Risa's complex weather system screened all harmful solar radiation. You can lie on the beach without worrying about any deleterious effects. Properties on Risa are rented; they cannot be bought. i'Ramnau and Rhehiv'je are cities on Romulus. The Romulan city of Ihhliae was once besieged by Romulan city Rhehiv'je. They allowed the women to go, but the men had to die.
