(ST: DS9: Section 31: Abyss by David Weddle & Jeffrey Lang)   Ingraham B Ingraham B was swept by mass insanity. It was the last civilization to be destroyed in a pattern that began in the Beta Portolan system, and also destroyed Lavinius V and Theta Cyngi XII. There was no medical or scientific cause for what happened on those planets. Stardate 3287.2, the cause was determined: neural parasites that inflicted intense pain on humanoids. The parasites were destroyed at the last planet they attacked, Deneva. (TOS: Operation -- Annihilate!) Contributed by: Clare Bradley   Invernia II Home world of the Invernians. This planet is occasionally subjected to massive ionic storms. The effects of the storms can be fatal, but can be treated with a simple herb that grows all over the planet.
