A shuttle pod from the Enterprise NX-01 approaches the planet Akaali.This planet is homeworld to the Akaali. Akaali is 78 light years away from Earth. In 2151, Akaali had a population of 500 million. When the Enterprise NX-01 visited Akaali in 2151, they detected neutrino emissions that they traced to a curio shop on Tengala Street owned by a man named Garos, who was actually a Malurian. Garos's shop was a cover for a Malurian mining operation. Tetracynate 622, a synthetic compound used by the Malurians caused an epidemic when it seeped into the water supply. (ENT: Civilization)

A team from the U.S.S. Enterprise investigates planet Alfa 177.The U.S.S. Enterprise visited Alfa 177 on a specimen-gathering mission on Stardate 1672. At night it gets down to 120 degrees below zero on this planet. When Fisher beamed up from an away mission to this planet, he was covered in a soft yellow ore that was magnetic, and had other unusual properties. It caused the transporter to malfunction and created good and evil duplicates of Captain Kirk and an animal native to the planet. (TOS: The Enemy Within)

Alpha III was home to the well-known Tribunal of Alpha III. The tribunal wrote important laws. Samuel T. Cogley mentioned them to Kirk. The Statutes of Alpha III was a document from Alpha III that spoke of rights. Cogley made reference to it during Kirk's court martial for the death of Benjamin Finney. (TOS: Court Martial)

Altair VI has excellent shore leave facilities. The U.S.S. Enterprise was one of three ships ordered to Altair VI to attend the inauguration ceremonies of their new president on Stardate 3372.7. At the same time, Spock began his Pon Farr. A diversion to Vulcan would cause a delay of 2.8 light days. Soon after, the inauguration ceremonies on Altair VI were advanced by seven solar days. The U.S.S. Enterprise was ordered by Admiral Komack to alter their flight plan in order to accommodate the change. This made them unable to stop at Vulcan. The inauguration was for the President of Altair VI. At this time, Altair VI was just putting itself together after a long interplanetary conflict. It was believed the inauguration would stabilize the entire Altair system. The presence of Starfleet was intended to send a message of friendship and strength, which would cause ripples clear to the Klingon Empire. Captain Kirk diverted to Vulcan anyway, and T'Pau later requested the diversion be allowed. Since Starfleet couldn't turn her down, Captain Kirk got away with it. (TOS: Amok Time)

Dr. McCoy and Yeoman Barrows on the Amusement Park Planet.Located in the Omicron Delta region, this planet was designed by an alien race for recreation. Anything you imagine will appear for your entertainment. Phasers do not function on the planet. The U.S.S. Enterprise visited the planet on Stardate 3025. The planet was maintained by a caretaker. Everything on the planet (other than visitors) is a mechanical contrivance, made up of the same basic cell structure. (TOS: Shore Leave)

Andoria is the home world of the Andorians (ENT: The Andorian Incident) and the Aenar. (ENT: The Aenar) The Wall of Heroes is a monument on Andoria. Shran said he would take Archer's blood there after he killed him in the Ushaan. (ENT: United) The Northern Wastes is a region on Andoria where the Aenar live. The Northern wastes are 28 degrees below zero in the summer. Andoria is a cold moon that orbits a gas giant. Andorian cities are built underground to take advantage of geothermal energy. Shran didn't see the sun until he was 15. In the warmer regions of Andoria, the temperature can rise above freezing for a few weeks at a time when there's a heat wave. (ENT: The Aenar)

The U.S.S. Enterprise in orbit of Argelius II.Argelius II is the home world of the Argelians. After an Argelian dancer was murdered on Stardate 3614.9, there was talk of closing Argelius II to space vehicles. Two more women were murdered on Argelius II; Lt. Karen Tracy of the U.S.S. Enterprise and Sybo, the wife of Prefect Jaris, before the murderer, Mr. Hengist, was discovered. Argelius II has a strategic importance as a spaceport. Cantaba Street is located on Argelius II. Morla, the fiancé of the murdered Kara, lived on Cantaba Street. (TOS: Wolf in the Fold)

Burgoyne 172 once visited a pub on Argelius II, and it was filled with debaucheries. The Argelians made Burgoyne feel his hedonistic leanings were dwarfed in comparison. (New Frontier: The Two-Front War by Peter David)

Ensign Rizzo leads a search for the dikironium cloud creature on the planet Argus X.Captain Kirk recommended that Starfleet send a survey vessel to Argus X when they detected tritanium there. Before they left the planet, they detected the dikironium cloud creature. Tycho IV is 1,000 light years away from Argus X. (TOS: Obession)

Homeworld of the Atrenoids. It is located in the Alpha Quadrant. Atreos IV is flat with little geologic activity. Savannah, plains and desert are the predominant terrain. The only mountain peak of any consequence is the 15,000 foot tall Mount Eteon tar-Chereos, which was named in 2296 in honor of the only Atreonid ever to serve as President of the United Federation of Planets. Homeworld of the Axanar. Axanar has a nitrogen-methane armosphere. Axanar was the site of a major battle led by Starfleet Captain Garth in the 2250s. Axanar is the 7th of 13 planets orbiting a bright, yellow-white main sequence star known as Toredar. The planet has a semi-terrestrial environment, though high stellar radiation and high density lend it a strong magnetic field. The atmosphere is heavily nitrogen-methane and quite cold; unprotected Humans would asphyxiate in only a few minutes. The Xindi have a colony on Azati Prime, which is near a red giant. Azati Prime was bleak, desolate, and barely habitable. There were more than 1,000 Xindi Primates and Arboreals that lived there. It's a diverse community, despite being a military base. It is a classified installation, and is where the weapon was built. (ENT: Stratagem)
