The username and password have been sent to you when your account was created. If you never changed your username or password, try to find that email.
If you don't have that email anymore, or you changed your password/username, contact the Webmaster (webmaster at frontierfleet.com). He/she will be able to help you by looking up your username or giving you a new password.
Note: You need to register a separate forum account to be able to use the forums. The Member Area account can not be used to access the forum (yet) |

| How do I edit my bios? / How do I add a picture to a bio? | |

- Login at the Members Area; there should be a list of all your bios.
- Click on the name of the character you want to edit or add a picture to
- At the top should be two links: one to edit the biography, and another one to edit the picture
Pictures for biographies have to be GIF (.gif) or JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg) and 40 is the maximum filesize. Also make sure the width and height is not to big. |

| Where can I find previous posts of my dutystation? | |

There are two easy ways to find all previous posts from a dutystation:
- Members Area -> Archives -> Dutystation-name*
- Vessels -> Dutystation -> Story -> the link to the archive (same as above, only a detour *G*)
* There are also archives for the newspaper, compile-lists and IRC logs
Because the archives are in the Members Area, you need to login of course ;-) |

| What is the Federation Tribune; how do I subscribe? | |

The Federation Tribune is the monthly newspaper of ST Frontier Fleet. It is published on the website and there is also a mailinglist.
Subscribing to that list can be done here. You'll also find more information about that list there.

| Is it absolutely vital to visit the forums? | |

No. Although the forums are a fun place to visit and give you an opportunity to 'mingle' with your fellow gamers, it is not necessary.
When something truly needs to be told to all players (important in-game decisions, etc), such things are broadcasted across the mailing lists, and not the forum. |

| When will a new dutystation be started? | |

This will only happen when the following three conditions are met:
- There are enough members and cadets for a new ship or base
- There is a player to be the new CO, and prefereably also someone for the FO position (and the FO position that becomes vacant when a FO becomes CO)
- There is a good idea for that new dutystation, a name, some basic information about what the dutystation main mission will be, etc.

| Help! I'm having email problems! | |

Please contact our webmaster if you are having problems sending emails to or receiving emails from out mailinglists. NEVER start sending out a limited or unlimited amount of 'Test' messages!!! This might be considered spamming, you have been warned. ;)
If you must send out a Test messsage keep it to a single one send to a NRPG list.
With your help our webmaster will be able to trace the problem down and either correct it or send you off into the correction direction (for example our webmaster might tell you to contact your own email provider since that might seem to be where the problem is located). |
