With authorisation and assistance from the Talaxian authorities, the Romulans began building a starbase, close to Delta One. The Romulans also began establishing relations with Delta Quadrant species. The Vriha'arrhe, captained by Commander Ael ir-Korthre Sirol, remains the only transwarp-capable Romulan ship known to the Federation. Its first officer is Subcommander S'Lvrih i-Iuruth Letant.   π
