Dear customers,
This month I've decided to share with you several recipes for another traditional beverage, an alcoholic beverage renowned for its flavour and potency which has been mentioned to be stronger than Earth whisky.
Some of you have certainly guessed that I'm speaking about the well know Blood Wine.
Let's start celebrating battles, here is the first one, it's coming from my uncle who had run a bar for several years on a klingon space station.
1 oz gold tequila
1 oz spiced rum
1 dash grenadine syrup
2 dashes Tabasco® sauce
cranberry juice
Add Tabasco sauce to an ice-filled beer mug/glass. Pour in the tequila, rum and grenadine, and fill with cranberry juice. Shake twice and serve.

The second one is coming from a Bolian bartender I've met on Risa during the last international cocktails convention
8 oz Firewater
6 oz Everclear (the full strength stuff)
6 oz Triple sec
6 oz White tequila
3 dash Green food colouring
And for those who are stationed onboard the Uss Atlantis, spruce up the Ten Forward Lounge and break out this rare treat.
1 gallon red Burgundy
1 cup brandy
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup Cointreau
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
3 drops green food colouring
star fruit cut into slices
Directions
Mix everything together.
Let chill overnight.
Add sliced star fruit.
Serve from pitchers or a punch bowl.
Options
Mix in club soda to the wine before serving.
If serving from a punch bowl, put a chunk of dry ice in the bowl. This adds a great visual, but be careful not to touch the ice with your hands!
