STARDATE 2392.04.25
LOCATION of the Calhoun: holding position near Starbase 32.

Episode 25: "The Explorers' Fifteen"

The USS Calhoun has been assigned to hold position near Starbase 32, by the Tholian border, due to indications of possible suspicious activity within Tholian space. Moments after the ship arrived at the starbase, a micro-subspace rift opened on the bridge, snatching away Captain Sarin. Minutes later, a second, much larger rift was detected in space nearby, and four shuttles were sent to investigate.

The shuttles were pulled off course mysteriously, propelled through an ion storm, and crashed on a planet in a calm area in the storm's centre. The fifteen survivors are now attempting to organise themselves, and to limit violations of the Prime Directive after technologically primitive natives have made contact.

Meanwhile, Captain Sarin finds herself in captivity along with her fellow captains, and seemingly accused of genocide. . .
