(relative to Federation standard orientation) FO's log: It would seem our shuttle crew may not be dead after all. Or if they are, it wasn't from the explosion that we initially thought consumed them. That's the good news. The bad news is that the Ferengi ship sitting opposite us (which incidentally caused the explosion as it turns out) has seen fit to 'rescue' our missing crew and keep them from us. Of course, we aren't supposed to know that as they have also hidden their life signs from our sensors. It was only by sheer luck on our part that our obsessive Ensign McNamara happened to catch the briefest of readings on board the "Latinum Mac" before they got a dampening field up. Additionally, this same obsessive behaviour has resulted in Mr McNamara being relieved of duty on Counsellor Lando's authority. Log ends.   π
