(|USS Valkyrie status report February 2005, by Brandon Allard.|)
Stardate: 2391.04.30 - 2391.05.01

Location: Alpha Quadrant, Northern rim of Betreka nebula. (relative to Federation standard orientation)

FO's log: Here we are, waiting more or less defenseless on the edge of an increasingly mysterious nebula, possibly swarming with Borg and who knows what else. With our single exploration capable shuttle out of communication range, and our sensors incapable of penetrating to a useful distance we sit here blind. Waiting. Now, on top of all that, there seems to be an outbreak of gross unprofessionalism. Perhaps too many violations been overlooked in the past. I have only myself to blame for the lack of discipline. Not normally a priority for me, but those... bureaucrats on Earth will come looking for me if things don't start running smoother. ...If the captain doesn't first. Log ends.
