(|USS Odyssey Status report February 2005, by Dennis Church.|)
Location: KPS Starcluster
Stardate 2391.04.27

After the fusing of the double pulsars, the Odyssey sets course for Starbase 44, as CMO O'Gallagher checked the crew for any remaining signs of infection from the mysterious Tarr - and nothing was found.

Location: En route to Starbase 44/Starbase 44
Stardate: 2391.04.28

While on their way back to Federation territory, transfer orders are received for Commander Paul Velden and Lieutenant Simon Byrne. While the crew is far from happy with the news, a party is held in both officers' honor during the evening - goodbyes are said. Soon afterwards, Lieutenant Simon Byrne left the Odyssey for his promotion to the Valkyrie.

Location: Deep Space Nine
Stardate: 2391.05.09

The crew enjoys some time to explore one of the most significant landmarks in Federation history - still in active service today - while they drop off Velden and pick up Nerfertii. A staff meeting is called for the next morning, to explain the Odyssey's next mission.
